Friendly co-workers (non management staff) Lots of free food Good pace for work - always something to do.

Cons

Upper management is cumbersome and act like they don't care The communication is one way Retaliation is a WAY OF LIFE!! Moving up is next to impossible

Great product with great direction. Some very smart people that care about the company, their coworkers and their performance. Good to great facilities depending on location. Very competitive compensation packages.

Cons

Management that uses "The Prince" as an operations manual. Utter lack of promotions. Rolling layoffs with no end in sight. Morale is nearly as low as it can get. Hiring chiefs while firing workers. Nepotism.
