Work different than interviewed for HR not helpful after being hired False pride and not open for inputs Parallel work assigned with unrealistic expectations

1- No GROWTH 2- Managers, Team leads and supervisors lack basic team handling experience 3- Employee engagement is very less. Team meetings are mostly waste of time 4- No effort and focus on grooming employees for management roles 5- Internal movement is not encouraged 6- Year End gifts and goodies are bad. Most of the time management keeps repeating "No Budget" for everything from a team dinner to outings 7- Team members dont have growth mindset. They're happy to do the same job for years. 8- Managers encourage talking in native languages which leads to silos within the teams 9- No personal and professional growth trainings.
