* Diverse teams within the company, you can (kind-of) freely choose between many options * Engineering culture is good

Cons

* It's a very big company, so feedback from end users arrives slowly. Was very much not a SaaS company when I was an employee; traditional release model (e.g. one big release every year or so) means that customer could (and are) running old-ish versions of the product, which further complicates diagnosing and solving of some problems * While engineering culture is good across the board, some teams are very much an exception to that
