lots of employees freebies, micro kitchens, supporting charities both monetarily and by encouraging employees to give up to 40 hours a year in work.

Cons

lots of upper management change going on and its hard to feel as if it is a stable environment. Although the company is doing well and upward trajectory, bonuses in some departments were allocated less than 100% even for top rated employees. Contradictory to the success of the company
