      Great strategy, fast reacting at a high level. Huge amount of opportunity with our customers. Great technology that delivers value more rapidly.

      Cons

      Outdated/outscaled operational and management model. Distriution/channell management mentality with limited understanding on how to help customers transform their IT.

      Pros

      Compensation + Benefits. Nice campus. Smart + helpful people. I work in the Networking & Security business unit and it has got pretty good work culture. You have a freedom of choosing projects that you want to work on.

      Cons

      Weak release management. Need more transparency with respect to decision making.
