VMware still is the market leader for virtualization - but that's about it.

Cons

- worst call centre experience ever, after a startup mood and empowering in the past things have changed towards metrics only. Visions and ideas are suppressed and not followed upon you report into a black hole and get no feedback unless you ping a VP or senior director directly. - wording to be used dictated, no freedom of speech, no adoption to customer needs, improvement suggestions land in a back hole. - the Vision and spirit in this company is gone - workers are currently approaching unions about conditions - It still pays of get intimate with leaders, in order to progress in ones career

Frustrating internal processes. Feedback from field ignored. Saturation of core products, and very slow adoption of non-core. Management completely disconnected from field.
