Business Outlook
Pros
The people and collaborative culture are positives. Company has great perks and campus. Leadership is generally solid. Good work/life balance (for tech). Pay/benefits are competitive.
Cons
Employee talent is stacked on both ends of the spectrum here. There quite a bit going on...too much at times. I would say the staffing is a little top heavy given the lack of processes one would expect for a company of this size. Certainly keeps it interesting though.
