Continues to be at the bleeding edge in some technology areas You work with smart people if you get into the right team

Cons

Upper Management is still learning how to keep things under control. Most of the original people have left, and the ones remaining behind have a bad attitude.

Very good learning opportunity; Access to almost every documentation, even source code; Free canteen; Great colleagues: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful; Collaborative environment; Own laptop: permission to install as one likes.

Cons

Unfairness; Work performance not recognized, even when working in average 14-16 hours/day; Nepotism; Extreme high work load. Actually no real career opportunities if one speaks other languages than English as well.

Good colleagues, good process as a whole, interesting virtual technologies, can learn a lot for virtual infrastructure and how to administrate it

Cons

Bad management, people are not valued- they are just resources, no honest feedback for your work, no support to develop your skills, bad product planning reflecting in bad test planning
