Mostly good. Tech is changing the world.

Cons

Mgmt comes from old tech companies... That's good for wall st, but bad for startup culture. Difficult to change their minds on direction because they "know what's right" because it's been their entire career.

still some smart people, great products and a phenomenal strategy. There's still cowboys who are getting stuff done, you just have to look hard to find them.

Cons

way too many overlapping projects and products, no one willing to make the hard decision to stamp out the overlaps. The consensus driven culture lives on but with so many people and decisions to be made, it can be paralyzing.
