Pros

Best of class software, game-changing technology rapidly becoming ubiquitous. Very smart people working on emerging technology and emerging markets.

Cons

Extremely rapid growth had become chaotic. Much of the initial culture, which was very engineering-driven, was becoming lost in the shuffle.

Fantastic technologies and products Lots of smart people Excellent work environment and free foods You are not paid less because you have not asked for more or you were under-paid before in other company, as long as you can do it

Cons

Growing too fast now, processes are not in place, it's up to individual contributor's QOS.

Healthy support structure for personal and technical issues. Very responsive logistics and HR staff that typically resolve questions or issues within hours.Very reasonable health care and related. Very competitive pay. Food is often served for local vendors and the kitchens are stocked with snacks and drinks.

Cons

The pace if very fast and learning the products and all related subjects needed to do your day to day job is like drinking from a fire hose.
