Pros

Great career opportunities if you work hard and push your profile. Company and Tech Supp growing fast. Plenty of training available and some opportunity to travel. Great benefits (paid VHI, life assurance & holidays with excellent employer pension contribution, etc..)

Cons

Has become very transactional and is now a call center where the issues we see are getting more and more technical. Workload is high and the office can be very stressful at times. Working late is often required just to stay on top of things.

Great work environment. Excellent benefits. Most roles allow you to have flexibility to work they way you see fit for your goals.

Cons

Rapid growth can cause tenured employees to be overlooked. Career progression is hit or miss based on relationships. Can be a bit agressive on number and size of deliverables.
