Top of the wave company at this point, a lot of great people working for it. Also, great perks!

Cons

The company changed dramatically 3 times in 4 years, and this fails to provide a good platform for career development. Company values changed 2 tomes in 4 years; mission statement 3 times, etc. This also meant management changed and honestly, not for the best. Turning into a big corporation has its price and VMware is paying it.
