- very fast pace - lots of opportunities to make things happen - have awesome manager - leader in marketplace - so much opportunities to move around and leadership encourages

Cons

- the fast pace might not be for everyone - start to see some early signs of corporate politics/bureaucracy. Not necessarily VMware's culture, this seems to come with people who're hired from much bigger companies
