limited promotional opportunities in Cork office. Long working hours particularly if working with corporate. Is Geocentric model so professional growth opportunities are very limited.

People. VMware consistently hires sharp people. The company and the product are easy to represent.

Cons

Large growth adds pain when trying to navigate the organization. Enough of the people in the organization are new that there are times that you don't get answers just because the person doesn't know who to ask. Fortunately, everybody is bright and there are no problems that can't be overcome.
