- Great work and Technology - Great products and good learning

Cons

- Poor management in India, as Managers are WELL settled and are allowed for Internal transfers, NO matter what projects/programs they screwed-up earlier and what their earlier Survey reports or appraisals are!!!! They should be allowed to go thru reviews from existing reportees before being allowed for internal transfer to assess their performance. They just want to spend life at VMware because of their lots of RSU's!!!! - management at India have well established with PA counter-part and can win over talks and get the work done, which is NOT at ALL sufficient to survive, Sustain and to Prove the abilities of India team and Indians!!!! - India team and management need to work and ACT on their managers and STOP the loosing (or Drain) Talent of over 5 years which is loosing for bad management.
