- Good place to learn - Emphasis on giving back to society - Good facilities and campus

Cons

-Frequent management changes or restructuring -No real career planning for level -Certain times no communication -Work hard (but rewards don't go with the hard work) - Benefits not to Industry standards for tenured employees -Very slow promotion process, easier to get promoted by leaving. also very minimal pay increase year over year - Groupism at Management layer

The company is still very much growing. It owns the virtualization market and this should enable it to grow for the next several years.

Cons

VMware has been late getting into the cloud. There is now a good VMware cloud solution but VMware is behind Amazon in this area.
