The company offers a relax environment and offers great snacks (though it used to be a lot more), great people (some) and some you can learn from

Cons

Unless you are well acquainted with high level management you have little chance of moving up. Job descriptions/roles often change and often times not to what you are fully able to utilize your skills

work-life balance, you pick your pace and pretty open; talking to your VP is as easy as talking to your teammate about daily issues. Matured code base, pretty decent testing and QA frameworks. Good place to work in, overall.

Cons

lots of internal organizational changes, too political at times takes a while to "level up" salary-wise compared to working outside

It is a very fast-pace, energetic environment where the staffs are self motivated and willing to take responsibilities in their work.

Cons

Tend to have too groupies between teams and departments, may come across as cold and unfriendly at times due to the nature of the company.
