Open culture, to keep employee happy is goal for everybody, tremendous growth opportunities for deserving people, flexible work hours and decent compensation

Cons

Lack of processes, too many products and groups working in silos, rewards and recognitions need to improve, people dependency needs to reduce otherwise empires get built within organization

Cons

Yo don't always get a good career path laid out for you. It is sometimes hard to get promoted within. As with all large companies there is a lot of politics at play.
