Work with some of the industry's best developers. Challenges and list of todo items never stops. Build one of the cool products here.

Cons

Revenue stream has slowed down. Company with 14k+ people is turning VMware into a slowly moving company. Compensation is not what it used to be earlier.

good career opportunities if you can get your manager behind you but not so great if they want to make life hard for you.

Cons

not great management,very clicky and not sure if I would want to work there again. Pay rise are a joke and do not even keep up with inflation

This is a company that offers great benefits to their employees as well as very nice treats such as catered lunch once per week, food and beverages every day.

Cons

The case load is always increasing as VMware expands their portfolio by acquiring other companies. The support personnel is not increased at the same rate.
