      Pros

      There are a lot of future possibilities, growth potential but you shall be working for the core business. There many options outside the core that are very interesting and will give you more flexibility and reduced targets but they don’t last forever Technology is fantastic and the company spend a lot to make the products feature rich and with quality There is a very helpful atmosphere in the company and a we can do attitude

      Cons

      Even if there are a lot of possibilities you need to go get them yourself, no one will give you anything. Its a highly competitive organisation and you need to meet your targets. The company will use as much as they can from you and you have to be able to say no, else you fall the risk of working 24/7.

      Pros

      Meritocratic. Pretty good team-play ethos. Not a lot of interpersonal politics. Moving from one job to another inside the company is doable: it takes individual effort and diplomacy, but it's not taboo like at some companies I've worked for.

      Cons

      Increasing amount of inter-departmental politics. Infrastructure has a very startup feel to it, even though the company is more than 10 years old. The company recently changed from an industry-standard vacation accrual system to a system in which each employee has as much vacation as negotiated with their manager. This will actually be a "pro" for any employee with a good manager and who's put in a lot of effort into building a relationship with the manager.... but the change caused a lot of anxiety, and the implementation was perceived as not very transparent. One side effect of the change will probably be that employees who don't get along with their managers will be more likely to move on.
