Pros

Great technology, but products full of bugs. Good stocks and good office location. You can get better jobs after working in vmware for sometime.

Cons

No recognition process. no Reward & recognition unlike companies. No Internal job postings. Promotions are decided by Sr. Managers and directors with no transparency. Though technology is good but the Management has no clue about running operations.

Too many management changes and sometimes the hard work is not recognized because the managers are busy shuffling other tasks. Onus is on employees to beat their own drums about their achievements
