Pros

First and foremost the VMware pantry, which is filled up by all type of goodies. People are good and helpful. You don't need to put up extra hours in work ever.

Cons

The learning curve is non existent. Though VMware R&D is one of the best around the globe, in India there is nothing much to do. Never take up an internship offer at VMware, there is nothing to learn and interns are never converted to full time.
