Cons
Very little, if any, paid hands-on product training for the sales team. Most of it is flash content delivered in a browser, and you are required to watch it on your own time. Management has made the poor decision to - for the most part - turn a successful channel driven business into a direct sales model like Dell, but w/out the resources to do so successfully, mostly becuase they are becoming heavily laden w/ex dell micro management. Upper level management seems disconnected from reality when it comes to SMB, insisting that sales needs to pitch a "your cloud" message to customers that dont yet fully undstand the basics of consolidation, and the manement procuts are priced more for enterprise customers than for SMB.
