Very smart people Lots of things to learn Snacks in office. Very good gym for people who want to workout.

Cons

Management clueless. Sometimes they do not know what more to do. Career growth is close to zero, so if you have couple of years of experience and looking for growth, do not join.

Pros

Good technology and great market potential.

Cons

Poor management, poisonous company culture, no career growth at all, layers and layers of redundancy in management doing nothing but collecting a fat paycheck and tons of options. Promotion or management hiring purely based on connections, not merits. Treating IT like a third-class citizen. Company currently has 6000+ people but still feels like a startup with all its signature chaos and lack of professionalism at every level.

It provides technical career path but not you won't get promoted if you don't kiss up. well, it depends who is your manager. Company has very good products, very profitable.top managers have good vision but not the lower managers.

Cons

There are chances you never get promoted even you perform well. The office politic is furious in IT/techops department.
