Pros

The company has cool technology and products. Vmware Fusion and vSphere are some among others. The people are friendly and smart. We have some awesome engineers and techops staff. The promontory campus is nice, especially the new gym.

Cons

Parking is bad at the main campus. If you come to work a little late, you will not find a parking space. There is mandatory PTO during Thanksgiving and Christmas. One week of mandatory PTO the week of Thanksgiving and another week during Christmas. It's becoming more corporate than startup ever since the IPO. There too much emphasis on meeting the quarterly numbers. Senior management doing too many reorgs. We've had groups that merged last year and now they are splitting them up.
