Cons

- Too much “management” and limited “leadership” - Deficiencies in leadership skill set not even recognized - Lack of internal systems or processes to sustain current business or support growth - Heavy dependence on consultants and contractors rather than securing knowledge and bench strength through VMware employees. - No focus on controlling expenses - Managers and Leaders are unwilling to listen to ideas - Many employees have disengaged and are disenfranchised as the result of poor leadership

excellent reputation but that is dwindling fast. cool history. cool technology. once upon a time attracted some top notch executives. excellent products. that's about it

Cons

Multiple layers of useless management. No opportunity for growth with team or outside department. Arrogance when it comes to traction/leverage within the industry.

Good and very innovative products Fast growing successful company Stable and long tested technology Products are requested by the customers

Cons

Management has not enough management skills Most of them are only in Management because of their longer company affiliation Employees are not evaluated by performance than by work hours per day in the office Partners of vmware where treated as sales slaves. Very sad.
