A good place to work because of the outstanding growth opportunities within the company. Also it has a lot of technical depth and the people are driven to complete the job.

Cons

The job can be very tiring and demanding due to the large amount of work and deadlines. There is a difficult work life balance because you are always choosing one or the other.

Excellent place to work, both as a contractor as well as a full timer. I have worked on both, so I can tell that. But, join VMware only if you want to achieve something and if you are willing to learn and try new stuffs.

Cons

None. It's awesome place to work. If you don't believe, try it yourself. I have been working here for almost 4 yrs now, and I am very happy with the growth and respect you earn here.
