They have good technology.Virtualization is a good domain to be in.

Cons

you are not allowed to use your brain,if you use then you will be branded as "Attitude problem" person.Seniors will threaten you when you express your views against them.Here they recruit managers and give Engineer Jobs to them like test case execution and automation script execution.

Awesome technology and an incredibly smart group of engineers. Company has gained recogintion in the general market due to Fusion.

Cons

Going through the after effects of hyper growth. Many inexperience managers running large organizations. Morale is currently low due to multiple factors. Information flow is spotty.
