Ad hoc management Culture of fear - no one in upper management reports any issues upwards and they just delegate downwards One trick pony - engineering driven even while in a mature technology market segment

I love the office, the flexible schedules and the work is very interesting. The campus is very beautiful and located in a natural environment. Many people are able take a break during the day and go on a bike ride up in the Santa Cruz mountains.

Cons

The replacement of our CEO has created a lot of chaos in upper management.
