Great pay, above national average.

Cons

Terrible management and work culture. Lots of young kids and foul languages. Most managers didn't have any soft/people skills. Many inexperienced H1 Visa employees with arrogant attitude.

Great campus, excellent gym, snacks and drinks, unlimited vacation time. Overall good innovation and there are many smart people, some who have been there a really long time and add value.

Cons

The most political place on earth, seriously. How many messed up Cisco laid off losers can one company hire and promote into the highest ranks? Seriously. This is a company where what you DO is meaningless, only what people are in your corner matters and there is so much back-biting that you just never know. I accomplished some huge things there and it counted for nothing.
