      1. Work life balance 2. Good work environment 3. Lots of training

      Cons

      1. Promotion is not equal among engineers, the older the better !!! ........ 2. Salary is not competitive compare with national internet companies, so could not hire the most excellent people. Many engineer are leaving . 3. Experienced workers

      Pros

      Many perks, cubicles, not open space sheet, others, also some fitness, fresh juices, etc. I do not know about carrier path and eventual promotions yet. What else? 20 words minimum? Am I a science fiction writer or what?

      Cons

      big company, some noise, not a big deal though, I do not see real options for remote working from home.
