Pros
Everyone went to WFH, except for the on-site/on-prem people who started working in shifts. Occasionally would get small stipends to help flesh out home offices.
Cons
Was very vague answering questions about why VMware was still buying companies even though every US employee's 401K matching, bonuses, and promotions were suspended for 6 months.
