Pros
Pay and perks are good. Smartest people I've ever worked with. The technology is cutting edge and interesting to work on.
Cons
Working remote when the rest of the team was in Palo Alto was a problem. I was somewhat "out of sight, out of mind" and this made getting help from other engineers difficult. It's too bad, because I would still be there if it weren't for this.
