-CPD BU Leader's main priority is to develop/promote Beijing Team leaving rest of the Teams (Paloalto, Bangalore, Sophia) to Hell!
-No employee retention
-Engineers are treated like Pigs (Extremely sorry to compare with Pigs) No value to personal life.
-No work life balance, even after working during weekends, Managers expect engineers not take any comp off for the weekends spent on work.
-Too much of Politics.
-In-order to promote their level in hierarchy, Sr. Manager(s) hire another manager.
-Managers can do anything to elevate their position. Best example-One of the engineer(Sr. MTS) who resignes the company after 1+yr of work in CPD as Lead, gets call back to CPD as Manager.
