Kind to their people - gives generous time off, holidays, paid time for volunteering, lots of affinity groups, large focus on diversity and inclusion, ability to work autonomously

Cons

Soft culture, No sense of urgency, Not ready for SaaS, Prizes Engineers NOT Sales, No idea how to operate internally at a worldwide level to drive consistency, little recognition given for exceeding expectations, Way too much work for far too few people - if you do a good job, you get rewarded with more work, not more money
