Pros
Relatively new technologies such as Java 17 and Spring Boot, no legacy (at least in my team). Good stocks and benefits.
Cons
Sometimes pointless projects that are never used, not enough projects from scratch. In some teams, it's hard to get promoted. Working requires a lot of self-initiative and self-looking for tasks. Some tasks require a lot of deep expertise that only a few people have which makes getting promoted even more difficult. If it wasn't for the stocks, I wouldn't be happy with the salary
