Work life balance. Benefits. Compensation. Campus. Spacious offices.

Cons

Poor management at multiple levels which will ultimately destroy this company as it rots the company from the inside and ensures the company capture the best from its people and dampens their drive. Too many folks within mid and senior management who are more focused on their own careers, protecting their own highly comped jobs VS looking out for what is best for the company. If you are a capable person who is motivated to work hard and enjoys building something and working / leading a motivated team - look elsewhere.

Great work but slow promotions

Pros

Good work quality and culture. Get to work with great people of industry changing technology. Emphasis on work-life balance.

Cons

Could be difficult to grow within the organization, the criteria is very team dependant. So a decent guy in a highly competitive team maybe stuck at a level for ages. While in other teams promotions are handed out as lemons.

Exposure to many technical disciplines Knowledge cross-pollenation is pervasive and helpful Trial-by-fire approach forces skill development

Cons

Way too much focus on handling inbound issues, and not actually solving them Unequal workload distribution and rampant favoritism Many promises of advancement opportunities, in reality vapor and manipulation Way too much dobulespeak on "culture" values, while grinding people down, disallowing remote work potential, nothing but a sweatshop call center.
