      Company itself is good - there are a lot of smart people and the technology is interesting Flexible work hours Training is encouraged as much as possible Possibly a lot of internal opportunities, depending on the group/jobs

      Cons

      IT is poorly managed, reactive, directionless and it's expected that you're working almost every available weekend. IT is generally understaffed for Network team.
