Local branch management not always understand business Some "preferred" employees Local manager "Only-my-friends-matter" environment in sometimes Sometimes when you are new to the company, Sr SEs give your hard time....later on you are part of the team.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, good benefits, great on boarding New hire training is very good. Great product overviews and use cases. The paperwork process can be slow getting all the accounts but looks like everything accounted for within a week.

Cons

Sales process seems to be going through a transition -- probably better but time will tell

The technology you are exposed to and experience gained make up for most negatives. The company also works very hard to accommodate any special working requirements.

Cons

some expectations and performance benchmarks are not possible or useless (telling customers to take a survey and begging for good ratings does not make better employees.)
