      The company is doing what it can to help out with the pandemic.

      Cons

      I’ve never met less empathetic HR people before in my life. Like I know that HR is meant to protect the company, but they always just seem exasperated and I’ve had one roll there eyes at me when I was explaining an issue. They acquire companies and make no attempt to match titles to experience, nor do they bump compensation. Then they act shocked that attrition and lack of trust in the company is high amongst acquired employees.

      - Learn a ton because you change projects every few months and need to learn new technology for each one generally - Excellent learning-focussed, kind culture - Everyone is kind, and is willing to help - Pair programming is conducive to insane learning/teaching efficiency

      Cons

      - Near 100% pair programming can be exhausting - Sometimes clients can be difficult to persuade or reach
