The upper management in India is really bad The priority is given to the atlanta employees. Indian staffs are given no value/consideration. The work environment is really very bad. They treat the experienced like freshers. no value whatsoever given. If you are in this company from a long time, only then they are given priority. Freshers act like our leads as they are also treated with utmost importance. Most inhumane Leads . not a place for progress
