      Pros

      Good colleagues, good process as a whole, interesting virtual technologies, can learn a lot for virtual infrastructure and how to administrate it

      Cons

      Bad management, people are not valued- they are just resources, no honest feedback for your work, no support to develop your skills, bad product planning reflecting in bad test planning

      Innovation, work environment and great support from an extremely talented group of people. Scope for growth under the right management

      Cons

      Too many management changes and sometimes the hard work is not recognized because the managers are busy shuffling other tasks. Onus is on employees to beat their own drums about their achievements
