      Good work culture, nice teams to work with, a lot of perks.

      Cons

      Firing employees without valid reasons is something this company is very good at. Dumb employees go up the ranks but hardworking people are ripped off their job

      Bad senior management Total lack of planning Very often priority changes. This is very confusing. Total lack of risk planning. Always working on the edge. With current planning the risk of slipping the project deadlines is 100%
