Pros

Flexible time off (up to a point). Lots of extra company days off. Great corporate culture. Minimal politics (at least in sales and field technical sales). Great benefits (high 401k match).

Cons

Work/life balance is subject to change, depending on your management (I was in serious trouble for not wanting to fly to an internal meeting on my son's 12th birthday). Overall compensation is below market, at least for technical sales. Not much flexibility in doing different roles...few opportunities to change jobs. Lots of uncertainty with impending Broadcom acquisition. New CEO Raghu is brilliant but still seems to be struggling to fill Pat G's shoes.
