      Great benefits. Beautiful campus. Nice people. Great engineers.

      Cons

      Bloated with many non-technical or pseudo-technical parts of the company. Even core R&D has some high-level managers who don't understand software development. Budgets are tight despite the company's success.

      Great culture and perks. Work life balance and flexibility. Customer love the products and the company greatly invests in training.

      Cons

      Slow paced, too political, feels like the company is lagging behind and losing its competitive edge. Also lacking emphasis on quality (people, product) some departments are better than others but overall talent is leaving.
