- Management is very open with employees about their decisions - Flexible time management - Company wide holidays - Company's commitment to open source - The managers I've had are not only technically savvy but also great people

Cons

- Some projects are very specific to the company and it can be difficult to get up to speed depending on the quality of the documentation - Uncertainty regarding the potential acquisition by Broadcom but overall people seem exited about it - Felt discriminated by a member of my team for being latino, nothing too bad, some comments about my accent. Fortunately 'twas only that person from the dozens I've worked with
