Great culture and perks. Work life balance and flexibility. Customer love the products and the company greatly invests in training.

Cons

Slow paced, too political, feels like the company is lagging behind and losing its competitive edge. Also lacking emphasis on quality (people, product) some departments are better than others but overall talent is leaving.

Outstanding Technological space with great minds at work. Pleasant and flexible environment to work.

Cons

Work gets overwhelming most of the times and if you are not in right team which lacks funding from leadership, then the work would be too much for an individual to handle. In the recent 2 years, the overall strategy & company's direction was little confusing and concerning.
