      Pros

      Work-life balance is good. Work and compensation is decent.

      Cons

      There is no career growth unless you completely agree with your superiors on every small task/bug/feature. Unlimited time-off policy is a joke, created only to save money when people do not take/get time off. Tons of VPs, Sr. Directors, and Directors without any leadership abilities. Most of them work as micro-managers leaving managers to not have any authority to take decisions.

      Pros

      Get to play with new tech Some intelligent people to interface with Big ideas Allowed to work from home Management can be very hands off if you're good at what you do Advancement if you rub elbows with the right people

      Cons

      Company is run like a startup (not in a good way) Management is delusional and out of touch with end users and customers Technology is falling behind open source (Openstack, Cloudstack) Company is disorganized Engineering documentation is difficult and sometimes impossible to locate easily Zimbra is a terrible email system - Migration to Outlook in progress No consistent communications platform - Some individuals use Skype, some use Hangouts, others Lync... People are scattered all over the world which add complexity to communicating efficiently Work hours are longggggggggg - 12 hours daily is the norm here Impossible to take PTO as there are always multiple projects in flight

      Road map is pretty clear. Keep top in the market. Good execution skill and focus on customers.

      Cons

      The product line is narrow. Not so many products in whole enterprise software stack.
