Some of the best pay, benefits, and technology out there.

Cons

If all you care about is $ then this place can be great. Beware of the leadership in some of the BUs. Lots of re-org under leaders with no direction or much experience. Found it hard to excel, grow and stay motivated when feedback and goals were not tracked. This place has excellent potential however if there's a steady stream of those exiting a BU, you need to look at who's on top.
