Culture is all about the employee collaboration and harmony Employee wellbeing is important Option to be remote or in person (not all positions have this option) Global presence: I was travelling on the east coast once and could not get back home in time to report to work (remote) so luckily I had my work laptop and I was able to find a local VMware office to report to.

Cons

At the time of this submission, I have no cons to report.

bonus is good wifi bill can be claimed benefits for higher study, you will get almost close to 4lakh for courses, or higher studies after completing one year.

Cons

lots of pressure. no more work-life balance.
